Nita Kapoor

Nita is a distinguished leader with over three decades of executive experience across consumer-facing industries, spanning family-owned businesses and multinational corporations. An alumna of IIM-A and Harvard Business School, she has been a driving force in shaping strategic direction, building brands, and advocating for industry-critical issues such as reputation management, inflation, trade, and tax policies.

Her career highlights include serving as CEO of the International Spirits & Wines Association of India, COO (Domestic) at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd., and Executive Director at V.P DDB-Mudra India. She also founded Rcube Ventures, a venture focused on recycled products, and was recognized as one of India’s leading angel investors by INC Magazine (pre-COVID).

Sushil Kapoor

Sushil Kapoor is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience spanning multiple industries, including engineering, textiles, and chemicals. With over 15 years as a key member of Corporate Leadership Teams, Sushil has been instrumental in shaping policy, driving strategic direction, overseeing succession planning, and conducting comprehensive business reviews.

His career highlights include serving as Executive Director of Engineering Business at DCM Ltd, where he led the Foundry Business, and as CEO of SRF Ltd’s Technical Textiles Business for 12 years, managing six diverse business segments, 7-8 manufacturing units, and a workforce of 3,500 employees, achieving revenues of 2000-2200 crores.

As a well-rounded professional, Sushil brings:

Multiple function exposure (purchasing, marketing, plant operations, projects etc.)
Expertise in growing business segments organically and inorganically
Successful track record of turning around acquisitions, in India and overseas
Experience in running plants across multiple geographies (India, Dubai, South Africa, and Thailand)
Strong track record of consistent financial performance over 15 years
End-to-end experience of setting up plants, running them, acquiring them and turning them around, profit
Experience of leading CII sub-committees/steering committees for Technical textiles .
Rich practical experience of leading very diverse units for Deming Application prize.
